We believe to be the best asset to you, we need to be involved more than just on the day so our three meetings are essential to our day of coordination package. From doing setup & tear down, coordinating the day, communicating to your vendors week of, and running errands needed, we know how to make your event one to remember.

3 Months Out

For the bride who has a list of vendors and needs to wrap all the final details into a pretty bow. We jump in 3 months out to make sure all communication and timelines are flowing together. Plus Day of Coordination and Rehearsal.

6 Months Out

For the bride who wants a planner to help make everything come together. Six months out we jump into all of your planning details. Plus Day of Coordination and Rehearsal.

Haley Makay Events will be your "Right Hand" while planning your wedding. We will listen to your vision and make it come true. Plus Day Of Coordination and Rehearsal. 

Starting at $5,000 depending on your planner.

Please note, if you do not need certain items in certain packages we are able to create a package directed to your needs. For example if you do want a rehearsal added on but don't need planning, we can just add on rehearsal to  "Day of" Coordinator package for an additional $200. 

Planning Packages are between $3,500 & a certain percentage depending on your planner and planning package.
