Party Planning Perfection

Haley helped us plan our wedding last May. She was very dedicated to making our day run as smoothly as possible and was incredibly easy to work with. Our meetings with her beforehand left us feeling confident and sure that every detail would be managed. I can honestly say that she makes it seem effortless—she was the perfect wedding planner, and I would choose her service again and again! Our big day had glitches, but I didn’t even know about them until afterwards because Haley took care of them. This allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. I would recommend Haley’s services to any engaged couple looking for ease on their wedding day!

Weddings can be stressful, overwhelming and if the bride is too tied up in the details of planning and day of coordination, you can feel like the season slipped away without even enjoying it. I can without a doubt say that my wedding day was the best day of my life because I had Haley running the show. When issues came up, myself, my wedding party, and my family never had to be bothered or worried. During the planning process leading up to the wedding, Haley always had my best interest in mind and was an advocate for what I had envisioned my day to look like. Haley’s attention to detail and drive to have things done correctly made my wedding picture perfect and a good time for everyone attending.         Nobody talks about the time before your father arrives to walk you down the aisle. These few seconds  alone can be overwhelming. I was lucky enough to have Haley stand with me during this time. She was there to be a helping hand, make sure I looked good and encourage me just moments before I said “I do”.

Haley is the absolute BEST! From the moment we engaged her, she went above and beyond to make sure the day was as special as we imagined it to be. She listened to our vision and wishes, knew what questions to ask to ensure we understood our options, , helped us focus on the things that were most important to us, and had amazing recommendations to put it all together. She has a wide array of contacts and understands the industry inside and out. On the day of the wedding, she was on point and took care of every detail with a calming presence that made the day run smoothly, while removing the stress from the wedding party and family. She was thorough, thoughtful, and respectful in working with everyone from the venue and catering staff to the photographer, to the florist, to the families...everyone on the team. I know she took care of some little glitches--which are inevitable with any event, no matter how much you plan--but I honestly don't remember what they were or how she did it because it was seamless and she made it look effortless. Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am to Haley for all she did to create a beautiful wedding experience.
